Stock Fundamentals

We like this firm in many ways. Its balance sheet is in relatively healthy shape. Its operating cash flows more than cover its dividend (Dividend/Cash Flow from Operations = 0.851) and it has registered a steady stream of positive operating cash flows over the previous seven years and counting. Furthermore, O manages its properties very skillfully and generates a very steady stream of revenues. Its growth prospects are at least average.

Despite its 3.80 dividend yield, it is not a cheap firm. And for this reason, we have a Hold rating on this company for now. However, if it gets any more attractive we will not hesitate to upgrade it and label it one of the best monthly dividend stocks we cover. This is one of the best stocks we cover that has only a “Hold” rating. Realty Income Corporation has a long history of creating value for its shareholders.
